{"id":1367,"date":"2009-02-09T20:10:32","date_gmt":"2009-02-09T14:40:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/e.amritapuri.org\/blogs\/?p=1367"},"modified":"2009-02-09T20:08:12","modified_gmt":"2009-02-09T14:38:12","slug":"building-future","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/e.amritapuri.org\/blogs\/2009\/1367\/","title":{"rendered":"building the future"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>4 Feb 2009, Amaritapuri<\/p>\n<p>i was sitting next to amma when she was giving away the certificates for the 2nd batch of Medical Students in\u00a0 AIMS,who got graduated.<\/p>\n<p>That was such an emotional environment &#8230; mixed feelings, some crying, amma teasing some young doctors, like&#8230; &#8220;yedaa, you became a doctor &#8230; !!!???&#8221; and sudden laughs all around&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>amma praying before handing over each certificate touching it to her forehead&#8230;<br \/>\nthen she asked the brahmacharis sitting around to &#8216;make space&#8217; for the incoming DOCTORS!<\/p>\n<p>i found, that was such a nice use of\u00a0 words to carefully reminding the new doctors the responsibility of their new position&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>a whole new world is waiting for them, much in need of a compassionate and caring heart and smile&#8230;<br \/>\ni found it very thoughtful.<\/p>\n<p>amma has planned all&#8230; through all these engineering colleges, AIMS, schools etc.<br \/>\namma is developing an younger generation who will be the future hands of amma , through them she&#8217;ll bring new light for the world&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>let all the beings in this world experience true peace and be eternally happy&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Devadath<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>4 Feb 2009, Amaritapuri i was sitting next to amma when she was giving away the certificates for the 2nd batch of Medical Students in\u00a0 AIMS,who got graduated.
