{"id":143,"date":"2007-11-18T13:39:49","date_gmt":"2007-11-18T08:09:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/e.amritapuri.org\/blogs\/143\/analysis-on-q2-to-q5\/"},"modified":"2010-07-18T12:11:49","modified_gmt":"2010-07-18T06:41:49","slug":"analysis-on-q2-to-q5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/e.amritapuri.org\/blogs\/2007\/143\/","title":{"rendered":"Analysis on Q2 to Q5"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\">To put the answers provided for the questions posted earlier on the blog into a better use for everyone, we have started making \u2018analytic summaries\u2019 of the answers provided for each of the previous questions.<br \/>\n<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\">Here are summary\/analysis of answers provided for Q2 to Q5.<br \/>\n<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><em><strong>Q2 was: \u201cWhat is the first thing that you think of when you wake up in the morning?\u201d<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em><\/font><font face=\"Times New Roman\">63 answers were posted and here is what they said:<br \/>\n<\/font><font face=\"Times New Roman\">&#8211; 25 answers say that the first thought is about Amma, whether it is a prayer, looking at Amma\u2019s picture or feeling her presence.<br \/>\n<\/font><font face=\"Times New Roman\">&#8211; 17 answers mention looking at the alarm, checking how much more time they could sleep, many wanting to sleep more&#8230;<br \/>\n<\/font><font face=\"Times New Roman\">&#8211; 9 mention practical matters like having to get up, thinking of things to do on that day, going to toilet or shower.<br \/>\n<\/font><font face=\"Times New Roman\">&#8211; 5 talk about feelings of thankfulness for the new day.<br \/>\n<\/font><font face=\"Times New Roman\">&#8211; 4 mention things related to their family members.<br \/>\n<\/font><font face=\"Times New Roman\">And finally one says that the first thought is wondering what Amma is doing at that moment, and another about feeling blessed and secure for waking up at Amritapuri.<br \/>\n<\/font><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><a href=\"https:\/\/e.amritapuri.org\/blogs\/2007\/68\/\"><em>Click here to read again all the answers provided to Q2<\/em><\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/font><font face=\"Times New Roman\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Times New Roman\"><em><strong>Q3 was: \u201cAre there big egos and small egos, or are all egos the same?\u201d<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em><\/font><font face=\"Times New Roman\">40 answers were posted:<br \/>\n&#8211; Most of them believe that all egos are the same. It is a thief that can sleep if circumstances are not favorable, and sneaks in when opportunities arise.
