Slowly and unwillingly it fell,
\nthe li’l tear drop.
\nand, followed many in a stream,
\nThey all gathered at Her feet.
\nand, each held a piece,
\nof my ruptured heart.<\/p>\n
They knew no\u00a0 boundless joy,
\nNor the hymns in Her praise.
\nOnly ,the solitude of the heart,
\nand the farway cry.
\nsaying silently, as they fell,
\nHow much\u00a0 my heart longed
\nthough never said.
\nUnfolding the silent longing,
\nunspoken fears and desires,
\nthey came to tell Her,
\nthe love of the heart.
\nShall She not listen,
