When Amma arrived in the hall, as always, She walked down the middle of the Temple with her hands stretched out to touch those of Her children who were standing along the way.  A few steps ahead of Her was the little boy who has been sitting next to Amma during most evening bhajans.  Like Amma, his arms were stretched out as well and he made sure to touch as many hands as possible.  It was a cute scene.<a href=\"https:\/\/e.amritapuri.org\/blogs\/files\/2009\/06\/choir2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1904\" style=\"border: 2px solid black; margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px;\" title=\"choir\" src=\"https:\/\/e.amritapuri.org\/blogs\/files\/2009\/06\/choir2.jpg\" alt=\"choir\" width=\"400\" height=\"267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/e.amritapuri.org\/blogs\/files\/2009\/06\/choir2.jpg 400w, https:\/\/e.amritapuri.org\/blogs\/files\/2009\/06\/choir2-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>During the afternoon program, a gospel choir from Santa Cruz took the stage for a rousing set of uplifting music.  Almost 40 people strong, the &#8216;Inner Light Ministries&#8217; led by Rev. Deborah Johnson inspired the audience with their wonderful vocals.   One of the songs they sang was called &#8216;I&#8217;m glad I can call on the Lord.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Night was crowded &#8211; it felt almost like Devi Bhava &#8211; not a vacant spot in the hall.<\/p>\n<p>Amma sang:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gam Ganapataye<\/li>\n<li>Manasa Chora<\/li>\n<li>Anandamrita Rupini<\/li>\n<li>Ishwara Parameshwara (new)<\/li>\n<li>Amma Ni Sirika (new)<\/li>\n<li>Ammana Divya<\/li>\n<li>Kuriyani Kanniru<\/li>\n<li>Ambe Jagadambe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thursday day was off.
