What can we do comfort those who lost so much. Keeping our hearts focused on sending them\u00a0 peace I believe will help. Praying that they will find comfort.<\/p>\n<p>I offer this poem to every person who is suffering right now due to the recent earthquake in Indonesia and also from the\u00a0 Samoan\u00a0 tsunami.<\/p>\n<p>-Angeline Gilbert<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212; &#8212;&#8211; &#8212;&#8212; &#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<br \/>\nWhen darkness falls<br \/>\nand tries to swallow your heart away,<br \/>\nhang on hard,<br \/>\nhold on tight,<br \/>\nAmma is by your side,<br \/>\nno more than a tear<br \/>\nand prayer away.<\/p>\n<p>When you feel you can take no more<br \/>\nand your tears threaten to drown<br \/>\nyou in your darkest day,<br \/>\nremember this,<br \/>\nAmma&#8217;s love will\u00a0 wipe every tear away.<\/p>\n<p>Those you love are not gone,<br \/>\nthey are with you,<br \/>\nin every moment,<br \/>\nin each new day.<\/p>\n<p>Hang on hard,<br \/>\nhold on tight,<br \/>\nso many care and love you.<br \/>\nWe are all one heartbeat<br \/>\nbeating together in this cosmic play.<\/p>\n<p>Hear Amma&#8217;s voice whispering<br \/>\n&#8220;Dearest child, the sun will shine,<br \/>\nI am with you, it will be ok.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; &#8212; &#8212; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A poem for survivors and victims of recent Indonesian earthquake Sometimes there are not enough tears to shed for others who are suffering through so much.
