At the end of each program, Amma would walk out of the program hall towards the elevator and devotees would follow Her like bees after the Queen bee. Amma would then enter the elevator, which had a transparent glass wall on the side facing the lounge. The devotees in the lounge would watch Amma go up on the elevator to Her floor and Amma would look down and wave at the devotees.
