Adv. P.S. Sreedharan Pillai was conferred the Amritakeerthi Puraskar 2026 by Shri Amit Shah, Hon’ble Union Minister of Home Affairs, during the Vishwa Seva Dinam celebrations at Amritapuri yesterday.
Receiving the award, Sreedharan Pillai described Amma as the Universal Mother, whose language of the heart transcends boundaries and whose vision recognises the goodness in everyone.
The award comprises a cash prize of ₹1,23,456, a Saraswati sculpture designed by artist Namboodiri, and a citation.
