Soo much has happened in the last 24 hrs!
well, it all started out being a normal wednesday, but it was 3 pm and
still amma hadnt come out…i was on my way back from the college and i
met a bramhachari on the bridge coming from the ashram, we exchanged the
usual conversation, first question is always “is amma out yet?”
He sadly shook his head and said “No”, so i went back to my room and then i went to the bookstall and was just talking with fellow bramhacharies and “ding!”. The big bell rings! and everyone knows what that means, normally its a call for satsang. So we all ran and sat around amma’s place, but suddenly all the bramhacharinis are running out! We were all confused,
why?!

Someone from the top floor is waving, saying amma is in the swimming pool! So we all went running as well, but apparently its bramhacharinis first! oh well, so we wait, and we wait some more, but they dont want to come out! its 5.30 pm, they have been inside for 1.5 hrs, we can hear lots of laughing from inside, and we all desperately want to go in! So what do we do?
Ofcourse we cant walk in, so we follow amma’s teachings, all the
bramhacharies deperately start shouting “AMMA! AMMA! AMMA!” from outside!
The holy mother has to hear our call! So it works, soon, amma is singing
the bhajans, which generally signals the end of the session, so we all
start rushing in.
So then it was our turn, it was great fun as usual, touching amma’s feet, amma asks everyone “Ariyo?”, which means, do you know to swim?, i did, so get to jump in, big dive!There were others who didnt know, so they get a big old tyre around their waist so that they dont drown, well there are a lot of skinny bramhacharies and the tyre is normally too big for them, so by the time they jump in, either the tyre slips out, or once they jump in, they just end in a big plop! and cant move forward! Many dont know swimming and it provides for lot of entertainment for everyone, including amma!

just before she leaves, she gives someone swimming tips…oh how much she loves us!

So after all this, we are all tired, so we all eat a good dinner, but we
are aware the archana is from 4-5 am tomorrow. I knew i can get up at 4.30, but getting up at 3.30 was beyond my reach, so i didnt go down, some people did, so i get up at my usual time, am ready,and 4.45.THREE DINGS!!!
Which means amma is there! but wait, aigiri nandini is still being sung,
and probably its never been sung faster before.
amma is already out and laughing loud at the speed of chanting… everyone wants to be with her, bramhacharies are already jumping inside the kali temple hall, i also run in, get a good spot near the sound system. So she spoke to all about our seva,classes and so on. she is ready to leave, she goes down and gets right into her car, and off she goes, by that time we are all down ready to get one last glimpse of our beloved, i got to touch her hand, then i kept running behind her car…
where is the consciousness of indivuduality? or of the body,mind and intellect? All is forgotten, this is the realm of nonduality, transcending the indivuduality through love!

Anyway, we all snapped out of the trance when we saw the car going away at a distance on the beach road. The next 2 months is the time when we feed on our memories…
