Munich, Germany 21.10
The journey from Switzerland to Germany was very scenic with deep forests and mountainous ranges. At
one point we had to drive our van to a ferry and cross the beautiful lake Bodensee, a place where
Switzerland, Austria and Germany meet. The drive to Munich was not that long and we arrived in good time to unload and set up. Next to the program hall is a traditional market place where mainly Gypsy (Romani) people sell all kind of artifacts creating a nice atmosphere in the place. The kitchen crew started immediately unloading and setting up the kitchen-truck, which at this point still takes some
time, but is getting quicker with each stop. Quite a piece of machinery I have to say.
The first day of programs is going on as I write this. Attendance is good here in Munich and the program is suite a bit bigger than in Winterthur. Amma again sang Mata Rani during bhajans which made
the audience really enthusiastic with some again getting up to dance. One little girl came on stage
during bhajans and started playing the harmonica. Amma turned around and tried to call the girl to come and sit next to Her but she was too shy. Amma is looking radiant and happy tonight and the atmosphere is blissful and warm despite the fact that outside it is snowing.
