IAM Meditation Class  held at the CISF Head Quarters in New Delhi

The IAM class started on a cold Delhi morning. The first day, all the Jawans came in their P.T. clothes – shorts and a tee shirt –  but they seemed to be suffering from the cold so we asked them to come in casual clothing for the next day.  Even though the weather was unfavorable, they were so happy with the meditation that when one of their senior officers came at the end of the class to lead them to their next area of duty, all of them said that they did not want to go – they wanted to continue with the meditation!

The Director General of the CISF (Central Industrial Security Force) received superlative feedback from all of the units where the classes had been held.  He was so impressed that there is now talk of us holding another round of classes for the CISF.

    If all those Jawans of CISF, New Delhi practice IAM Meditation everyday when they take out some time either in the morning or evening during their PT Time, it will be time extremely well utilised. I can guarantee them a package of “ALL ROUND ENHANCED EFFICIENCY”

    In fact all their OFFICERS too should be taught this so that our Armed Forces become more mean and lean and more lethal. All those children of Amma can authenticate this.

    It is greatful to remember when AMMA allowed this child to participate in this great IAM course at Amritapuri immediately after the Amritavarsham Celeberations. That divine course which helped me a lot to improve. Now pray My AMMA for Her grace for the uninterupting practice.
