After getting down from train in Jammu on 13th June 2007, we started for BSF Sector Headquarter – Srinagar in a BSF convoy on 14th Morning.

The Officers and Jawans at BSF RTO office as well as in the Transit camp were very kind to us. Especially the Mess Commander Mr. S.K. Ghosh, who originally hailed from Calcutta, took very good care of us. We started for BSF Sector Headquarter – Srinagar in a BSF convoy on 14th Morning. In the evening, we met a vibrant officer, Assistant Commandant, K.S. Gulia, who was posted in Bandipura. We discussed various spiritual matters as well as the ways in which true spirituality can help Jawans to get rid of the disease, called stress.

Jammu and Kashmir Highway was filled with Troops of Indian Army as well as Paramilitary. Salute to these Brave soldiers who are ready to lay down their lives for the Country.

After reaching Headquarter we were received by BSF officials. The Hospitality of BSF officials was outstanding. There was a fragrance of dedication and sacrifice everywhere.

BSF Jawans from 4 Batallions attended the IAM Sessions at BSF Sector Headquarter in Srinagar and it was very well received.

At the end of the sessions, many came forward and wanted to know more about Amma and MAM. We distributed some Pamphlets and pictures among them.

On the final day, the High Rank Officers, including the Commandant, came to grace the concluding Session at BSF SHQ Srinagar.

We discussed the various reasons of Stress among the BSF Jawans, with the BSF officers. This was followed by a speech by Commandant and the final awarding of IAM Certificates to the selected Trainers.

Jawans were very enthusiatic and showed lot of interest in imparting IAM sessions to other Jawans as well as do it regularly, themselves.

With Amma’s grace, everything went well.

  1. Amazing at how the jawans of India are getting the blessings of Amma through IAM. Kudos to you all in going to these remote parts and helping the armed forces handle the stresses of their lives.
