Amma feeds Chocolate !
Last month a young man arrived on the penultimate day of Amma’s darshan, He called from Bankura 2 days before and said he had to meet Amma immediately as Amma had given him a pull! He had to fly from Kolkata via Chennai to reach Amritapuri so as not to miss Amma’s darshan.
He arrived on 6th May and joined another Bengali family from Malda for darshan after lunch. After giving darshan to the head of the Malda family Amma gave darshan to the young man from Bankura. After giving usual hug and prasad suddenly Amma pushed a piece of Cadbury’s Milk Chocolate into his mouth. First he was stunned and immediately after that he was overwhelmed with joy! He immediately realized that Amma knew that in his puja room he was quite often offering Amma his favourite Cudbury’s Milk Chocolate!

Amma knows EVERYTHING!! It is so incredible…
Wow ! what a sweet touching darshan. To be fed a chocolate by Devi Herself. Devi also acknowledging the fact that She knows the offerings made to Her by Her darling devotees. similarly, I once read in matruvani that Amma had told a boy from Amrita Vidyalayam, that the hot milk he offers to Amma daily burns Her mouth !! so the boy innocently replied that henceforth he will cool the milk and offer it to Amma. By the way, where is bankura ?
Wow….Tears welled in my eyes when i was reading this….Thank you for writing this beautiful experience which reminds “Our Amma knows everything” when i was in need of a reminder…. Thank u Bimal and Priya….
nothing can stop the quest for the true Master!! another testimony to the fact… 🙂
priya, bankura is a district in west bengal, with a majority of tribal population.
soul and amma is not different, it is one and always one!!
Thanks for this posting!! All our thoughts and actions pass through our AMMA. AMMA…. Please be with us always.
thanks arya for the info on Bankura. and others too for sharing their thoughts. Amma please be with all of us always.
Great Darshan, this shows that amma is there with us always. My friend also has almost the same experience. He will give a salute to amma before leaving to office every morning. Last time when he came to Amrithapuri, Amma gave the same salute after giving him darshan. It was unexpected. He became stud and tide of tears rise from his heart to eyes.
When he explained to me this, I felt that he is still in Amma’s arms.
Thanks for the wonderful posting of Amma’s all-pervasiveness. This also prompts me to tell my tale. Every day before eating my toast for breakfast I cut a small door in it and offer that to Amma and the Gods at home. Last year when I went to the local ashram here during Amma’s tour, one lady out of the blue offered me a loaf of bread. I was puzzled and surprised at this. Later I found when I returned home that I had run out of bread and realized it was Amma’s Grace through this lady.
Is there any special meaning when Amma puts chocolate in your mouth? This happened to me recently and I was so surprised and felt extremely blessed.
