Vipin, hailing from Mananthavadi, Wayanad is another student who has been benefited by the Vidyamritam scholarship provided to students who can’t afford their studies. Thanks to the scholarship scheme, he is now pursuing his first year studies at the ITC-Gwalior and expects to get a job this field in the next three years.

After his dad passed away years ago in an accident, his mom Pushpa, who is a tailor, has been the only earning member in his family. “The scholarship has helped me greatly. It has helped me to carry on with my studies and I am really happy that I received it,” Vipin says with pride. When asked about the his ambition he said that he just wants to complete his course, do his job well and look after his family.
