RAMA represents victory of good over evil. The teachings of Rama, Krishna, AMMA are all same because they all are one and have come in different eras.

Sri Rama represents the most loving Lord and the rememberance of Him is forever with the rememberance of Hanuman Swami. The Lord and His Perfect Devotee, their silent love and oneness at heart is an inspiration to me always as a disciple, devotee and child of our Darling Mother Amma! Jai Shri Ram!

Ram!!! My most beloved .Ramji is the Pure self of all moving and unmoving things in the universe. Ramji is the embodiment of Beauty, Noble virtues and Dharma. Thyaga (renunciation) quality of Ramji is so great to show an obedient son. Ramji is a “Maryadapuroshatham” an ideal or role model of a son, disciple, husband and King.

Rama and Krishna are two types of personalities. There are two types of trees found in Kerala, one is the palm tree the other is the bamboo tree. Rama can be compared to the palm tree. When strong wind blows it remains straight and it would rather break than bend as the wind gains strength. Idealism is favored over “practicality”. Krishna, on the other hand, can be compared to the bamboo tree. When wind blows, it bends, the stronger the wind, the more it bends and will even touch the ground. When the wind recedes, the bamboo springs back to its glorious upright position.

Amma has said that Sri Rama is non other than God. For me Sri Rama is the personification of Detachment. He gave up the throne for the unknown perils of the Forest with a smile. Sri Rama is the Witness enacting a Divine Play.

Lord Rama is a leader who led by becoming small. In his absence he was invoked through his slippers on the throne and not a crown which he let his brother have. He was one with all, allowing Kevat to wash his feet and eating Sabri’s half-eaten fruits. His sacrifice, in consideration of his father’s promise, is the center of the epic Ramayan. Like Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross, it brings tears to the eyes and it is this act that in his time inspired others to sacrifice and become worthy of worship – like Laxman, Bharat, Sita and Hanuman. Although, he belonged to a much purer age, the principles of character he exemplified inspire and are upheld by millions even today.

Lord Rama is everything, the seventh incarnation of Lord Vishnu, the consort of pious Devi Sita, and the embodiment of all good qualities. In the words of Swami Vivekananda Lord Rama is “the embodiment of truth, of morality, the ideal son, the ideal husband, and above all, the ideal king.”

Rama is described with the following verse for which He represents or stands: “Ramo Vigrahavaan Dharmaha Satya Dharma Paraakramaha”, which means Rama is the embodiment of Dharma and his main strengths are Satya and Dharma.
