An Evening Hymn in Praise of our AMMA everyday certainly lead us to a peaceful sleep with constant memory of AMMA all through the night because evening time i.e. confluence of Day and Night is the time when effects of Rajasik and Tamasik state enhanced because after day-long efforts to make money or carry ones life on; exhaust the individual thus tamas takes over and to maintain ‘good spirit’ one resorts to other rajasik tasks. To neutralize the effects of these two state is an evening Hymn. i would add that not only evening but morning Hymn too is very important for our spiritual development.
