Ma, the days roll off with the beautiful dawn and dusk,
Settings and risings of Thy Sun, Thy gifts we never ask,
Also bestowed unconditionally with the rainy dark clouds,
That give plenty grains and life to continue for many ages.

The day that just begun that Thou makest surely end
The night that approached that Thou wipest so kind
The dazzling stars and shining moons, Thou createst,
Many yugas unfold, in twinkling of Thy eyes so surest.

Ma, Gods again are so pleased as Thy form moves on,
Mother earth looking with Her children for a new dawn,
All cheers around, “Wish you a very happy new year”
With Thy blessings endless, hail to “2012 blissful year”
