i do not talk a lot… but i hope the word i use most is ‘YES’
– because that’s my intention…
with Amma’s help
… but thinking about it, the word “I” is probably a word we use a lot, maybe most .. and if one speaks english “I am” (I am going, thinking, etc)
two word duos actually: “I think” and “you know”…trying to reduce that…hard to decondition simple attributes of the mind!
I think the words i use most are ‘I think’ and ‘I’. I’ve already used it thrice in one sentence :(.

The “I”. I is used as a word in all languages except in English. In English I is used as a word as well as an alphabet. When we say I, we have to take the meaning of not this body but Pure consciousness or Pure self. That is one without a second. That is Self of all and that is our most beloved Amma.
Namashivaya Most words I use daily is I, I will do, I will try, I will wait, I think and so on. My day doesn’t pass without using I. I think I am going to count how many I , I use in a day…
