  • Seeds of Change

Eighty bags filled with rich soil and vegetable seeds currently line the cement wall inside Amrita Vidyalayam, an elementary and secondary learning institution created by Mata Amritanandamayi in Kerala, India. • Really great to be a part

29 Sep 2008, Amritapuri This year for AMMA’s Birthday we, the students organized a stall for collecting funds towards Bihar flood relief. It was a really wonderful experience. We had to do everything from making the stalls to going around and selling things. We organized four stalls one had food items, one had tea, coffee lime juice, one with garments and one with handicraft products. It was a very good experience for us. We really felt good. Above all we really enjoyed it. It was really great to be a part of the celebrations. – Abhilash

  • To You I bow again and again

Holy Mother, I bow to you with thanks that flow through all time…. My heart is the momentary flower You made honey from. My heart is the baby You held in your arms and rocked. My heart is yours, beloved Mother, the child of your breath, the scent of your love. To You I gurgle bright sweet syllables rising from creation’s innermost chord. To You I bow again and again. You opened my heart and filled it with truth. You led me along beauty’s dazzling path. Take me with you forever, oh dearest Mother, never leave me alone. —Naveena Janine…
