Serve as much possible persons as I can, visit Amma more often, travel & learn about other cultures. That would be neat to visit the world with Amma during Her tours!!!
I would pay off my debt, pay the renunciate fee, and give the rest to Amma. 🙂
Ma, if that’s true, I shall jump in joy. I would spend half the money for travelling along with AMMA and the rest for AMMA’s projects.

One week ago My daughter Valentina, my Husband Sergio and I, signed an agreement that if will win Italian SuperLottery:
Will open an Onlus and build a Big Ashram Italian for Italy Devote Amma’s and for Sud Islands devotes.
Then will go to India my Husband and me, to follow projects of Amma and substain economically with beneficences them and take responsability of one area and follow and support that area with our work and help.
I would give 800,000 to my mom, then we’d buy a flat in Amritapuri and spend the rest on bhajan CDs and amma videos!
I will make sure my birth mother has enough money. Then I will give the rest to Amma.
Do charity,spend more time on spiritual path.

My dream project of construction of a Brahmasthanam Temple or any charitable association [as per Amma] at my hometown will come true. I will also clear all my debts and keep sufficient fund for necessities for my family. Amma Sharanam.
It is against my wish and prayers. I usually pray to AMMA do not give me too much wealth as i afraid it will take me away from My Dear AMMA. There was an astrologer a friend of my Father who’s regular prayer to Devi was Do not give him any wealth.
Anyway if it is AMMAs Iccha, immediately i will try to stop my employment if AMMA permits and repartiate to Amritapuri. I will give the whole amount to AMMA for Her disposal. I will tell AMMA to give some money to the completion of the Ashram Building at Mallappally and to buy a land near Changanacherry Ashram for AMMA to grace us with a Brahmastanam.
I have many ideas about using the lottery money – like starting an Amma temple nearby with school, hospital, etc. But if I really get the money I’ll hand it to Amma and let Her decide where it should go. By Amma’s grace I suppose I have in a way won huge lotteries already which have let me fulfill my many desires. and more I feel I can part with it all in the near future.
I dont know.
Half of the amount will go to Amma’s charitable programmes and half will be utilised for children’s education.
Everything is within AMMA whether it be living or nonliving. My beloved AMMA has taken me under her wings. That is ultimate. Every thought we think exists in AMMA. No desires left. Whatever AMMA wants me to do I am happy and content with it.
First of all i wish to say it will never happen to me. Because i never try buy a lottery ticket.But it is sure that the Guru never permits the shishya to acheive what she desires but Guru gives what she deserves.So for me some how if it will happen Amma knows what to do ok? .If Lord Knows to give , Lord also knows to take also.So iam not worry about the Lottery money.
I shall give it to four people though I am not sure how I will split it, my Mum, my Granny, my Aunt and AMMA without whom I doubt I would even have won that cash.
I would spend the first day in prayer and thanks, expressing my gratitude. Then a percentage would go towards Amma’s charitable activities. I would provide for my parents and son, and then I would travel with Amma for one year. Afterwards I would return to New York to purchase a place upstate called ‘Course of Miracles’ so that it can be used as an ashram. A financial advisor would be hired in the beginning of course and a portion would also be invested.
i would definitely contribute a part of it to Amma.. and some of it to serve the poor people in person… juz to see the twinkle in their eyes coz of satisfaction..
immediately burst into tears. I would then ask Amma what to do. If She says do what I wish, I would try as best as possible to not be attached to the new found ‘material wealth’ and would fund and East Coast Ashram, travel with Amma, anonymously help out a few devotees in need, and help Amma’s charities.
I will give it back to God and ask him to bless me with work for the rest of my life so that I can earn the same money every month little by little. This way I will get karma to get rid of laziness and also purify the mind.
I will visit amma and with mom’s grace I will start some business with that money. With her grace I will make huge profits. I will give job for many people and produce good quality products with low price. By getting profit I can spend so much for charity. Thus by living as her BEST SON I can do so many good things… and give the CREDITS to her.
I would meditate, once i received the money, i would meditate….then i would take 50% of the money and put aside for taxes unless taxes had already been taken out….
Well it is all ammas…So, at first 10% would go immediately to Amma in India. Then pay off debt, then some would go to family, then some would go to World Vision, Children’s Hunger Fund, Sri Sant Asaramji efforts (my fiance’s guru), and also some would go towards really good nutrtional supplements for those families that do not normally have access to them to help with there health. Then the rest would go to Amma and hopefully traveling and spending more time with her and maybe also hope that she would dedicate to having built a unique spiritual center in the USA in her name with Brahmasthanam temple that has been on the brain and on paper for last 10-15 years. What ever would be would be in Amma, For Amma. With Amma we have already be blessed with far more than we could ever get with 1 million dollars. 🙂
will buy a NIKON D3 and travel around the world for rest of my life.. but funniest thing is someone will have to sponsor me that lottery ticket, coz i don’t buy lottery tickets.. 😉
Amma wil be the person who have right to decide how it should be spent
1% goes to my birth parents, then pay-off my mortgage/education loans. All the rest goes to Amma’s charities.
If I win it today, I would give it all to AMMA. Thats my wish. But my greed won’t let me 🙁 and I may keep about 10% to myself…
It’s funny,I have often thought about this question and even made deals with Amma. Any time I win lottery, (small amounts) half of it goes to Amma. I have always asked Amma to help me win this money because I want to give some to my birth parents, and the rest to our new Ashram in Canada. I hope this is a sign that it will happen soon. 🙂
This thought had come to me several times before. The answers were different according to those stages in my life. Now after meeting Amma, I can say that I will donate the entire money to Amma who will definitely use it for her charitable activities. I sincerely wish to surrender my whole life at the lotus feet of Amma who will take care of me. At this stage of my life I want to serve Amma in all here sincere ventures.
First in mind is to help poor people; spend wisely
I would be able to pay my bills and debts and stop trembling each time I go to the bank. I would help those are in need, I’d love to do something for the homeless, people as well as animals. I would love to help with Amma’s projects ! I would really love to help the needy!

on winning this lottery i would realize my dream to buy a small home for me and my family and simultaneously initiate a decent old age home with a standard clinic for the left behind old and sick people. me and my family will be then taking care of this old home with nurses. this i believe will give me great happiness and my children could learn good morals and keep up our great culture and traditions by serving the aged.
Both my home and the old age home will be named “AMMA’S GRACE”.
A good questions to ponder on. First thing I would do is go and tell Amma. ask her what should i do. And will act accordingly…. i am happy to share it with others…for good things… for those who are suffering… for that there is no safe hand other than Amma so i will give to Her …to help others…Amma will definitely make me do that…as I am Her own child. that’s my prayer too. Actually i pray to Amma to make me give everything to Her.
I thought of all the ways I would spend the money and there were selfish ones and there were others benefitting others. However it didn’t remove the desires of the mind. So I feel I will live pretty much the same until I get rid of desires. Will a million dollars do that? Not for me. So I hope and pray that I learn to accept what I have and do not have and render whatever help I can to people/nature/animals etc.
If I get such a lottery, I would use it all for the underprivileged and bring smile on thousands of faces, and give many of the masses the reason to live.for this purpose I would start an NGO,through which all such community development activities can be channelised.
Give it to Amma straightaway
This is a million dollar question, but I am worth more than that.
I´ve given AMMA the promise to give her all the money I will win in the lottery! All the money of the world in her hand – It´s yours AMMA!
The whole amount will be given to the poor for their shelter, food, cloths, medicine, & education.
One million dollars “oh amma” Please get my dream fulfilled.When i have been to Sydney in 2006 with my lotto ticket worth million dollars.When my turn comes to be with amma ,took my lottery and told her to bless and said my wishes that”to built a center for amma and rest home for elderly people.
Amma smiled at me and gave the ticket to other devotee (Rahul)who is also from NZ & said seeing my face “don’t waste money simply buying like this lottery”I felt shame on myself.Amma knows to give when time comes.
My win would be Amma’s grace, and I would first take c/o of Amma, then all my credit cards pay them off, take c/o of those people who have been good to me, and supported me spiritually and emotionally. I would like to purchase a special hotel ‘for all visiting Saints,’ with a large hall, and near the Beach. I would devote myself to my spiritual practises, and write my book.

i dont think i am mentally and spiritually ready to handle a monetory lottery.. there are a lot of good ways that money can be spent but i dont want anything that might distract me from Amma so unless Amma takes on the onus of the effect of this lottery in my life i will pass 🙂
once i have the lottery of Her grace i would have got every other lottery in the world.

I would thank Amma and cry with gratitude, buy land and work to set up a retreat centre. I would go on tour with Amma every year and spend more time in India. I would use the money to benefit the world in whatever way possible.

I will offer it to Amma as I know this is one organisation where there is no corruption. So the poor and deserving will get the money, I need not worry. Amma will take care.
