I have two gifts that I’ve dedicated to Mother.
As a magician struggling financially, 16 days ago I pledged to give Amma at least 5 hours a day working steadfast in my office. I’ve made it every day giving over 5 hrs (one day was 4.5).
Also I had a difficult relapse with food addiction. I pledged to give Amma 90 days squeaky clean abstinence. Today is day 34. (Juicing now satiates me, fills me with nutrients and I’ve lost the weight I’d put on.)
Oh Mother, I hope this means something to you. Happy Birthday, your beloved daughter, Heather.

I believe the best present is just to listen to what Amma asks for and that people around are not willing to give.
Amma does not care about birthdays, She accepts this to happen just to make us happy…
The best present we can give her is the ability to carry on Her Mission without interfering by our petty demands of attention..
A pledge that i will do my job with a smile..
Amma is a universal provider of love and peace and I am myself is submtted on her holy feet.

How can we give a gift to our Lord?(Amma)Whatever things we pocesses ,all that are given to us or gift to us by our Lord only.It is like that a child who take soem money from the pocket of his or her father or mother and bring something as a gift to them.If we can able to surrender or do archana at The Lotus
Feet of our most beloved Amma with our pure heart which we can compare to fully bolosssomed Lotus, It will be a great gift to our most beloved Amma in this auspecious day of her birth date.
Let me be Your perfect Divine Instrument! Amma, use me for things, which I can do for Divine Purpose and please gently change my nature, that I will become more and more You. Let me be Your prolonged hand for Your Divine work in Slovenia and everywhere, where I will move.
I would- I will give to Amma, what is already Hers. My heart, my hands to serve, my voice to comfort and console with, my smile to light up dark spaces, and my heart song, to sing to Her. Compassion to see all living things and love them, just love them.
If I could only recite my mantra every moment, that would be the greatest gift I could offer Amma. Ramakrishna Paramahamsa’s wife Sharada Devi said that when Her disciples stopped reciting mantras it hurts Her body.
Myself, anger. pledged to leave my anger. AMMA bless me to do so
I would like to give my everything to Amma, but i can never bring myself to do it. Each incident takes me to the threshold of commitment and then i back out. A long trail of broken promises and failures haunt me. I am afraid of commitment. I am afraid of failure.
On this occasion of Her birthday, all that is left with me to offer to Amma is a prayer, that i may overcome my shortcomings and be Hers.
Mother, I offer the filthy body to Thee
To seek the knowledge of the Holy Tree
Mother, I offer the restless mind
To be a puppet in Thy Merciful hand
Mother, I offer the confounded intellect
To be ever a fragrant flower near Thy Feet.
i would offer her my ignorance, stresses, habits, inhibitions, limitations …
so that i may be free to live life in full awakening and be truly useful to myself and others
morning time, She enjoys my “trimadhuram” (a pudding made of bananas, honey and jaggery), and then after some talking(!), She relishes my peanut butter sandwich and tea and then a salad after sometime…evening she enjoys my tears (while kissing!) for some salt along with some sweet music, and then a feast! Oops I hope my Amma won’t mind telling this to all!
we cant add light to the sun or add water ot the ocean. amma is like sun or ocean. we can get light from the sun and enjoy the beauty of the ocean. we are not having anything that can be given to amma. but we can reder selfless service to the needy and poor people around us and amma will take care of us. amma will give her love and affections as gift to us on her birthday.
