Serving along with her husband
Srikala, an ardent devotee of Amma has come to Amritapuri as a volunteer for the Vidyamritam beneficiaries from Wayanad. For every 25 students who come to Amritapuri, there will be a local co-coordinator; Srikala helps take care of the girls from Wayanad, while her husband is looking after the boys. Their little son has accompanied them. Their financial condition is not very different from those students who are receiving scholarship from Mata Amritanandamayi Math.
