Request for prasad
This one happened was during the Amma’s evening darshan program at San Ramon Jun/10/2008. A couple of us, Ananth and I were standing near the ‘JumpGrades’ information desk , talking and seeing Amma from over there. When I noticed that the kids trying out the software demo, were munching something. I was wondering what it was. Shorly after another Ajay came over to us and gave both us some prasad from Amma. Non-profit accomplishment
Last week the magazine, India Today, named the medical school at Amma’s AIMS hospital as the 16th best medical school in India. It was a huge honor for this institution which is only seven years old. I took the magazine to Kinko’s to have the cover and the two page article scanned in preparation for a poster to be made so we could share the exciting news with everyone. The clerk explained that they could not scan a magazine without a signed document from the magazine editor because of copyright regulations. I was stunned knowing the impossibility of obtaining the…

What was the Saree colour
San Ramon, California on Saturday, June 7th, 2008 Devi Bhava started at 7 PM with Amma’s satsang followed by an Atma Puja. Amma started giving darshan at around 9 PM. Amma was wearing a light green saree. That was what I thought! I was not sure about the colour of the saree, so I asked several devotees. Some said it was teal, some others replied turquoise. Humble Pie
8 June 2008, San Ramon, CA While doing seva in the kitchen I noticed a lot of cooked cereal was left over from breakfast so I asked if I could use it to make Humble Pie by baking it in the oven.
