Planting trees in Bay area
This past week over 200 devotees and Bay Area environmentalists of all ages planted nearly 700 trees and shrubs on the hillsides of the M.A. Center. While we planted, we could hear bhajans ringing out from the temple as Amma gave darshan. It was such a sweet way to come together in service and all who participated were filled with joy and deeply moved. Heart and Soul
The moment arrived yesterday at around 1 pm, when Amma’s tour caravan pulled up in front of the temple and the thirsting of her children was quenched by the sight of her gracious form. The life and soul of the ashram was reinstated and the hearts of everyone once again overflowed with light. The government has started sending people to estimate damage & loss suffered by individuals so those who are able to go back want to get back so that they can meet the officials and get what is due to them. India and Israel becoming one

1 dec 2008, amritpauri when i heard about the jupiter, venus and the crescent moon in san ramon, i had a small desire to see that. and lo! today it was seen above the amritapuri ashram buildings. the venus on the left the jupiter on the right and the crescent moon below. it was like a smily face in the messenger! it was soooo beautiful. the sky was cloudy, the light was too low, i could not watch too long, could not get a good pic, still sharing what i got. enjoy. wait .. where is amma? she was there…
