Back to Bihar
Was back in Amritapuri for some days, but now it seems that Bihar is calling again. I had thought that as the water is receding and people have started returning to their homes that our activity in Bihar would have stabilized.
But in many areas, when people return home to their village – they are returning to nothing for there is neither a house nor are there any crops left. Almost nothing can be salvaged from the debris. We may be moving into the villages as the people return and try to help them there, as per their need.
A few devotees had come in the past and helped us with our work. There was a thought of inviting more devotees to come and share the seva. Because seva will give them mewa! Only North Indians would understand that.
Shall try to send more reports as and when things happen & I have access to the internet. Aum

i got a picture of the devastation from net and through newspapers… but when i saw u on the day u returned after ur first visit from your description of what u saw over there, i almost cried. the calamity is huge and these people need us … you and other inmates and doctors are doing a wonderful work and helping them beyond anybody’s imagination..
let us all pray for a better peaceful tomorrow, and as amma says. we should try to become an example for others… 🙂
