Chain of love

In this dark solemnizing mind
I find net of requests,
My heart goes making prayers,
and offer you flowers every hour..

Looking at the moon,
lost in the quagmire of illusion,
spliting of joy in heart,
craving for your love.
I behold every moment,
pray wholeheartdly in
every solemn breathe.

Won’t you come to me?
leave me never alone.

In this overwhelming effulgence of your divine-light,
I beg for your merciful
glance.

looking at you and drinking your love
is yet my another wish, unable to stop
these unremitting wishes at the door my heart.
I stand here to seek your embrace and grace
at your lotus feet.

  1. Thank you for your beautiful outpouring of life-long committed dedication.
Today, I feel the ache in the heart and tummy of longing. How is it I cannot see my Beloved Amma in person today and most days. That she, this Mahatma, and I can be on the planet at the same time and not be in physical presence is inexplicable to me. When the pain grows intense enough, I’ll be forced to find her everywhere. Until then, I continue the longing and gather up pockets of her presence where I can, like in your poem.

  2. May we all receive such merciful glances from The Divine Mother.
