Burning Enemies

Ma, the burning desires shatter the inner peace,
Yet, just looking at Thy face, verily one finds solace.
But controlling this dreadful inner enemy desire,
Surely, extreme endurance as one‘d fallen in mire.

Ma, the burning anger viciously tilts one’s mind
Pelting the soul so brutally with stones so unkind,
Inwardly, even before one could realize and find,
The thoughts those are terrible and so unwanted.

Ma, the burning anger shatters one’s inner peace,
Yet, just looking at Thy Eyes, verily one finds solace.

Ma, the burning envy turns one into so insane,
Vaporizing all virtues like water by the sun’s shine,
Battering the courage, turns one into mundane,
The lost soul verily needs Thy pure love so divine.

Ma, the burning envy shatters one’s inner peace,
Yet, meditating at Thy Feet, verily one finds solace.
